• Taxes: You're responsible for applicable taxes.

• Our Rights: We own all software, code, and trademarks (e.g., Mealble, Skirral).
• Your Rights: You own your Content. By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process it.

• Uptime: We strive for 99.9% availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Support: Email support is available at [email protected] and use Terms of Service as the subject.
• Updates: We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise:

• The Services will meet all your needs.
• The Services will be error-free or secure.

We're not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
• Issues caused by third parties (e.g., internet outages).
• Your misuse of the Services.

• Law: These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Disputes: We prefer resolving issues informally first. If unresolved, disputes will go to binding arbitration.
